How to floss Every Day
It made me

"flossy"
How I did it: I just kept repeating "you only floss the ones you want to keep". pretty soon Iw as in a routine where every single night I flossed. If I missed it for some reason (being in a youth hostel far from the bathroom, etc) then I did it in the morning.
My teeth feel better and there's even some peace of mind attached!
Lessons & tips: just do it. It is worth it and doesn't take so long.
Resources: dental floss and a mirror.
