How to read more books
"I am back to reading again."
How I did it: I had gotten out of the habit of reading and wanted to make it a priority. I found myself watching stupid programs on the television and becoming more tired and depressed. I set goals for myself. You know the ones like one book a week, or three a month. Then I decided to leave books in locations where I would read them. So I set one on my desk at work to read during my lunch break only, I put one near my bed to read at night, and I put one next to my computer at home. Now I find that I am picking up a book more than watching TV and I am feeling a lot better.
