How to eat less sugar
How I did it: replace refined sugar with unrefined sugar- either honey (preferably raw), maple syrup, molasses (which is bittersweet, so use in small amounts), or straight unrefined sugar (such as Rapadura). fruit juice is better too, but still taxing on your body to deal with. make healthy versions of your favorite desserts using the unrefined sugars listed above. my personal favorite is to mix together yogurt, maple syrup, and almond butter, to use as an ice cream substitute.
