How to drink enough water each day
"Hydrating."
How I did it: Every morning, before I do anything else, I force myself to drink about the equivalent of four 8 oz glasses of water. It helps me wake up, and assures that I'm starting the day well hydrated. Throughout the day, I always have a water bottle, and at the gym I drink a bottle for every workout I do, and sometimes I'll fill up the bottle, drink it all while remaining next to the water bubbler, and fill the bottle up again. Finally, I started using those individual packets to flavor my water, which can not only add nutrients (and very few calories) but became a fantastic replacement for soda and other carbonated/caffeinated beverages.
