How I did it: Healthy diet, exercise (including both strength training and cardio), and determination to be a better, healthier me.
I still need to lose a lot more weight, but this is a step in the right direction, and the fact that I was able to lose 30 pounds all on my own without the aid of pills, surgery, or money-wasting gimmicks gives me motivation to lose the rest of my weight.
