How I did it: While goofing off in Seattle this weekend I happened to meet someone who already knew how, and asked if they'd teach me..  It was a lot of fun.. If I'd known how easy it was I would've taken the initiative to learn so much sooner when I added this goal over a year ago.

Lessons & tips: Don't over dampen your paper.

An insanely sharp knife is your best friend..

Make sure the quality of fish you use is good.  Parasites are not fun.
