How to learn yoga
How I did it: Friend of mine is a teacher, but also looked us the poses online at www.abc-of-yoga.com/
and took a few classes of Body Flow at my gym.
I practice at least once a day and in order to improve my flexibility, sit in simple pose, hero, or half lotus at most times when seated. By incorporating the poses into everyday life, it had become easier.
Lessons & tips: Read, plan your poses in your mind and see yourself getting into them before trying.
