How to learn shorthand

How I did it: Got a book off the library around 2 or 3 years ago (kept renewing it). In total it may have been just 6 months work, every night going through the basic exercises, but it was quite spread out.
Lessons & tips: Practice^3. At first it is very slow, and gets on your nerves. But after a while, it will flow.
