How to drink eight glasses of water each day
"I have never been a big drinker, so it was quite a challenge."
How I did it: I bought a water bottle that I would take with me throughout the day. When I got lunch or dinner, I made sure that it was full, and I would sip water while I ate. I would also drink while working out and afterward. Eventually, if I did not drink enough a day, I would feel noticeably thirsty. It's a matter of training your body, and now I drink far more than I used to.
Lessons & tips: -Buy a water bottle that marks how many ounces you are drinking so you can see your progress.
-Substitute water for soda or other beverages.
-There are calorie-free lemonade and tea packets to spice up your water.
