How I did it: Really - opened the bottle... it does not complement red wine well. I am an artist, so a friend thought it was the perfect gift for an artist, you know all those 19th century artists who went mad on it, but luckily it doesn't have wormwood in it any mor. The remaining content of the bottle is still sitting on the fridge at my boyfriend's house and my birthday is this weekend  - but I don't think I will try it again.

Lessons & tips: have plenty of panadol and water handy. Don't plan a big day for the day after.
