hey thatz good…..yoga does help you not jus in claming up but in all ways like fitness, breathing and most importantly helps you heel your long time health problems but for that you need to be patient and regular…..
im an indian this art is thought to us right from ourchildhood by our parents and trust me its very useful

How I did it: my friend told me about a new teacher in our town and I went along to the class. It was scary and weird at first, but then fine. I have done four classes now and I am soooo sore today from the one last night. I only go once a week as its all I can fit in! I feel so calm afterward though. Just do it!
