How to lose 10 lbs
How I did it: I was depressed and stressed and without knowing it I was changing my eating habits and my moneyspending habits...the less I ate the more I saved money and when I stepped on the scales at work just out of boredom(I work at a hospital..duh!) and noticed I lost 10lbs!!!! I was freaked out I couldnt believe it so since I was already doing whatever it was that I was doing I kept it up!
And now I'm on another goal to lose 20lbs more!
Lessons & tips: Love yourself and eat right and try to work out as much as possible keep positive thoughts in your mind afterall its thoughts about yourself....and if you dont like how it looks on the outside then fix it!!!
