It is very helpful to me.When I started following your tips it really worked.And I am still on my way to exercise regularly.
How I did it: I decided I wanted to start jogging on regular basis. I had given it a try several times before but I always gave up on it. I also had tried going to the gym but it's not cheap and the gym is so far away so I don't bother to spend my time in getting between places.
I think the reason I gave up on it was that I was not tracking my time to see myself getting better. I also did not make strict rules on when and how I should jog.
