How I did it: I was required to become certified in CPR/AED for my Massage Therapy program - it only took a couple hours and I'm now certified for 2 years. Much easier than I thought it would be. Its really worth it too -- you never know when you may need to use it.  

Resources: American Heart Association has a program. I also found programs through local fire and police departments.
