How to go on a road trip with no predetermined destination by melissagirl

"We just spontaneously decided to take a roadtrip one day, stayed overnight in a hotel on the way and ended up driving across the state and back."

How I did it: In a car.  It took 2 days driving across the state and ending up in Idaho, then driving back the next day.  Just the spontaneity of the whole experience is what made it fun.  I can't even remember if we stopped by home to pack.

Great idea...

Try getting a pin and sticking it in a map with your eyes closed… then go where the pin lands … of course if it lands in the ocean you’re allowed another go (unless you have a yacht available…)!
