How to do yoga
How I did it: I've been wanting to try out yoga for years but have never gotten round to it. That is until I went on a little vacation just last week and they offered up yoga, I immediately signed myself up for it!
Lessons & tips: Well for starters, it wasn't as easy as they made it look. I'm not a very flexible person to begin with so it was a bit painful with all the stretching. I do however advise that you take deep breathes in and out, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. It helps you relax and concentrate more.
