How to be able to touch my toes
"I felt much better and surprisingly healthier!"
How I did it: I go to kick boxing classes and when I first started I couldn't touch my toes without my legs being bent. The point I could reach was just after my knee!
I started to do more stretches to work on my flexibility (if you would like to know the stretches feel free to message me and I'll tell you them!)
I can know touch my toes with my arm flat on my toes, and I carry on to do these stretches and I seem to get further and further each time still!
Lessons & tips:
- Be persistant - It's not going to happen over night, I'm not sure on how long it took me it was a few months.
