How to go to bed and go to sleep, instead of lying in bed for hours staring at the ceiling because my brain won’t stop

How I did it: It just started happening really? I got a busy job, moved out (so had to do housework!) and got an amazing boyfriend so my life is pretty sorted. I think being content is a good way to get to sleep at night. I also learnt to recognise that sometime I need to sleep early and I'll do relaxation techniques to get to sleep if needs be.
