How to quit Smoking
"Finally."
How I did it: After a solid 10 years of smoking and a few years previous to that of on's and off's I have finally stopped smoking. Within days I truly felt better. From everyting I felt less slugish, I could breathe easier, I was not winded at all. I am amazed. It was not easy I will say that. Some nights when I would have been sitting at the table enjoy a cigarette in peace a month ago made it tortue the first few nights. Oh and I did this cold turkey! I tried the gum and it gave me a funky after taste only used it 3 times. I have the commit but when I opened it up it stunk so bad there was no way I could put that in my mouth. Some moments are hard and I really do want to smoke but man is it worth it not to!
