How I did it: I live in the Caribbean, where it doesn't snow. So, I went to the USA during winter. The first time I saw snow, I went to Vail, Colorado. It was awesome. I got in a snowball fight. I built a snowman, and I did snow angels. I have also seen snow in New England, Chicago, New York, and Wisconsin
