How to remember and write down my dreams
How I did it: I started a Dream Diary using Word. I would simply write the date followed by what I could remember of my dreams.
I also locked the file with a password so that no one else could read it. I have some really funny dreams, but sometimes I also dream about stuff that I wouldn't want other people to know about.
With changing computers, I haven't kept mine up to date for the last year and a half. I first started when I was about 17 and because I used to nap a lot, when I woke up, the dream would be fresh in my mind.
Reading back through it, you can see your own personal development. Maturity, sexuality, that type of thing. It's almost like a personal year book.
Lessons & tips: Once you get into the habit of writing them down, it becomes easier to remember them once you're awake.
You dream every night. Whether it was coincidence, I don't know, but my dreams became much more vivid, once I got into the habit of writing them down.
Resources: I used Word. You can password it, and it is always at hand.
