How to weigh less than 200 lbs
"Dieting didn't work by itself, so I found a physical activity that I loved to do."
How I did it: I had been dieting for about a year with insignificant results. Then I started taking taekwondo classes, which I absolutely loved, and the weight just fell off. I have always hated working out, but I enjoyed taekwondo in spite of the exertion.
Lessons & tips: Taekwondo is a great workout, but it isn't a "better" workout than other sports. Find something you love to do, that you don't mind doing all the time, and it won't be a burden. Maybe taekwondo, maybe soccer, maybe DDR, it doesn't matter. Just enjoy it.
