How to wear bright red lipstick

How I did it: I picked the right outfit and wore it out for the first time with a couple of friends to a sushi place.
I picked up a matching lip liner and tried to be as careful as possible about keeping the lines even.
Lessons & tips: Pick an outfit that makes sense with it.
Wear a lip liner so the color doesn't bleed.
