Good for you! Dude, that’s why America is known to be the most obese people because of the fast food.

I’ve been pretty good too… and whenever I eat fast food (which is rarely) ...my stomach just can’t take it as well anymore. But, that’s okay. =)

Update

Back then, the only exercise I did was during my work hours when I would just walk around the office building after finishing my lunch and during my mini breaks to stretch and get fresh air.

But really it was seriously the fast food. I had soo much fast food for like 2 or 3 years and then I had stopped eating fast food during those months all together that I just ended up losing all that extra weight.

Looking back at it (and it’s been over a year now), I still keep the weight off but I now go hiking every other weekends now. I still eat fast food but only once in awhile, not everyday or something. I am 5’2’’ and I used to weight 135 to 140. Now I weight between 110 to 115 and I have managed to keep it at that range.

Stress is also a major factor especially if you are a woman. You need to keep the stress levels down or you will gain weight (or lose weight, depending on how your body reacts to stress). That’s why walking around helps because you can calm yourself down and let your mind and body relax.
