How I did it: I came down on a surprise visit for my boyfriend who lives in South Carolina, US. One of his friends had bought all of us tickets online in advance to go see Static-X live, and HOLY CRAP! It was freakin amazing!
Best night I've had in a long time, and the crowd rocked the shit out of that night.

I've been to three other concerts, and I bought my tickets in person. Pretty simple process, watch the ticket sales to make sure its not sold out, if they say tickets available at the door, go ahead and just get there early enough, stand in line, pay, and viola. Go in and make some ruckus.

Lessons & tips: Highly suggest if you love a band, go see them live...you help support them that way. Its up to you if you want to see them more than once, since some bands actually really suck live, while others can blow you away. You can also discover new bands you've never heard of/haven't heard much about, with a lot of opening bands that play beforehand.
