How to lose weight
How I did it: i made myself rt a very busy girl, so i only ate when i was hungry, exercising 4 times a week doesn't hurt either.
stopped drinking pop and buying foods from my school canteen (tooo convenient) :P packing my own lunch helped me keep track of what i was eating and saved me some cash... also.. no going to bed on an empty stomache, and when you have dessert, i had it WITH my meal (something about helping it digest better :))
Resources: booster juice is great alternative to fast food!!!!! im in love with the wheat grass shots (nutrient equivalent to 2.5 pounds of leafy greens) .. addicting..
