How to learn to like myself
How I did it: I started doing things that make me happy. I exercise more, even if it's only going on a long walk. I don't compare myself to others - I am the unique combination of the genes and environmental circumstances that created me. I focus on people I love, and on my job, that I love. I don't let negative thoughts distract me, but I stop them as soon as they came to my mind. I actually listen when people tell me how important I am to them, and I don't think anymore that they're trying to deceive me. Finally, I realized that everybody has more or less the same problems, irrelevant of the fact that they don't admit it.
Lessons & tips: You don't need to change yourself! No matter how thin you are, or how much you achieve, if you have a bad relationship with yourself it can only improve if you look deep inside.
