How to not swear so much

How I did it: It's taken me a while to call this one done even though I've cut back since became aware of just how much I swore.
Yesterday was a really trying day and I kept my language in check without really trying! I feel like that means I've really gotten a handle on my outbursts. I'm even doing well when I drive, I tend to think swears now instead of saying them even when Mirabelle isn't in the car.
Lessons & tips: Be aware of what you are saying. I didn't realize how much I cursed until I had a little parrot repeating what I said.
