How to go to the gym
"it can be a real drag at first, but once you realize how much better you feel, it's worth it."
How I did it: I guilt tripped myself into going. Why am I sitting at home just being on the computer and watching TV? Going out to the gym, even if I do a shorter workout because I'm not feeling well or whatever still has me feeling better afterwards.
Lessons & tips: I think the hardest thing is actually getting to the gym. I had the same thing when I did tae kwon do. I hated getting ready and actually getting there, but once I actually got to the building, I was ready to go.
