How I did it: I decided to be more open minded and just "date" people - without checklists or expectations. But you know what? There's a reason I dont actively "date", and thats cos I DO have checklists and expectations and SO WHAT? Dating a guy just for the sake of "giving people a chance" is lame!! Some people just DO NOT have a chance and then you just feel bad for letting them think they ever had a chance.
Yes I got free dinners, movies, but blah i could have been out with my friends instead. Anyway its weird, I prefer the casual friends thing.
Lessons & tips: If you're dating just for the experience of going on dates, it's a little misleading to your dates. You'll learn quickly that most guys pull the same tricks when they try to impress you. Also if you're just dating for the sake of dating, you never really get close to anyone which makes all your dates a big blur after a while.
