How I did it: Craigslist!  Right now we're living with another couple and I'm going insane.  Our lease doesn't end until August, so we've compromised and will be moving into our new place (around the corner!!) in July, so I only have two more months to stick it out.  Finally!  No more slammy doors, no more recycling in the garbage, no more "backyard brought to you by tabacco."
