How to drink more water
"Its great. better skin, more energy!"
How I did it: I bought a 32 oz jug that I can carry around everywhere. I fill it up with water at night, and first thing in the morning, I start drinking as I go about my morning routine. I love adding lemon to my water and, or other things, like lime slices, or mint springs. It makes it so much more tasty and exciting to dring. The lemon helps clean you out too.
So by the afternoon, usually before, I've had 32 oz of water.
I fill up the bottle again, and drink it throught the day. That's 64 oz total, which equals the recommend 8 glasses of water per day.
Bottom line, its very simple. just get a 32 oz container, fill it u and empty it into your mouth twice a day. :-)
