How I did it: I was playing world of warcraft for like 3 years and i knew i had to stop cause ive been having back problems and my eyes were killing me and my vision was getting worse and worse and above all my girlfriends was getting upset with me.
I stumbled upon 2 websites called
www.detoxinsider.com and wowdetox
and man have these 2 sites helped me like crazy
trust me when i say that reading peoples reviews on how they quit really soothes my soul, helped me bench-mark my problem and tackle it before it gets worse than the stories i read on those sites.
Got my life back and im happy.
www.detoxinsider.com is a bit better cause you can post youtube videos and comment on peoples problems

Like any thing you can only quit if you had the motivation. I did like the game but its contributed to the end of so many relationships. Though, I realise its not the sole cause its pretty damn depressing if a guy chooses to go to IronForge rather than be with you!
