How to get a physical

How I did it: First, I gathered all my health insurance info - then I made an appointment with my Doctor. Then, I went in and got it done!
Lessons & tips: Just do it! It's not something you look forward to, but once it's over, you feel great (as long as it's good news) - and if it's not, at least you can do something about it - no more worries.
