i did this for over four months
Since i started training for a triathlon i have been a little less strict about my diet: i’ve been letting myself have a Coke 1-2 times a week (Coca-Cola has always been my biggest weakness) or maybe a bowl of rice crispies / rice crispy treat. For the most part, however, i still only buy foods that do not have HFCS in them. i can’t eat the frosted fruit pies anymore (i threw it out after 2-3 bites, it was disgusting), eat candy extremely rarely, and am not even interested in food with dubious ingredients (such as doughnuts). i ate a piece of store bought cake yesterday at a party and the icing was soooo sweet: i didn’t even want to look at the label.
