How to learn to cook better
"Totally worth the grocery store trips."
How I did it: It took me about a month to figure out how to make the food I enjoyed eating at restaurants in my own home, but I looked up recipes online and found out how quick and easy some foods are. I really don't like waiting around cooking but after finding 20-30 minute meals, I kind of enjoyed the fact that I made it all by myself. Going to the grocery store is fun too because you get all these ideas in your head and experimenting is part of that learning process. Definitely a must!
Lessons & tips: -Look up easy recipes first
-Have some one cook with you, it's more fun
-Branch out and try something new
-Make a list of meals you'd eventually like to make so
once you get the hang of cooking you can impress people with your culinary skills. ha.
Resources: Google, and the grocery store. Maybe someone's kitchen pantry?
