How to drink 4 liters of water daily
How I did it:
Always drink a glass water in morning a while after having your teeth brushed....
Then drink one glass of worm water with cinnamon, honey and lemon.. start your day with cholesterol burner
Have a liter water bottle filled when you reach office.
Drink when ever you feel thirsty..
Drink when ever you feel hungry...
Drink when ever you feel having coffee or tea....
Take a sip when every you feel bored ...
I am sure by doing this;by 3 o'clock .. your bottle will be empty... refill it either half,3/4th or full.. and continue.. Make sure you empty it before you leave..
Drink a glass after you reach home.. or get some fresh juice.. or buttermilk... etc.
Drink water 1/2 n hr before your dinner and one glass 1/2 n hr before you sleep..
Definitely 3 liters Job accomplished..
