How I did it: Found a lady that had gone missing in some nearby woods. She had stopped breathing but had a very weak pulse. Covered her over with coat and then gave her mouth to mouth and hey presto she started breathing again. As she warmed up her pulse became stronger. She stopped breathing a couple of more times before paramedics arrived but she was esy to get started again. She survived as well. Moral of the story - do some current first aid training.

Lessons & tips: Do first aid training - you never know when you'll need it. Carry a resuci-aid (plastic sheet to go over mouth). Carry a first aid box, a glass hammer and a seat belt cutter in your car.
