How to gauge my ears
How I did it: Well, ha ha... I started by sticking two earrings in each of my ears, till I got up to like 5 or 6 earrings. Which I did over the course of about a month or less. Then I was finally able to fit in a 10 gauge I had, though not quiet all the way. My right ear stretched better then my left. A friend told me that I should just push in the gauge in my ear and stick it all the way through to the thickest part so I did, slowly and carefully. But my ear still ripped a little bit!! Then about a week later when I was at my friends house I notice that my ear was swelling and I couldn't even get the gauge out (it was a swirl) until finally I got my ear all wet and then pulled really hard and then a ton of puss came out of my ear!! Yuck! And now it's much harder to stretch then the left one. I then went from the 10 to a 6, only I didn't put it in the largest part. I have been able to easily stick the 6 gauge through my left ear for over a month, but I am close, though still not able to stick it all the way through my right ear!
Lessons & tips: I would say to anyone who is trying this TAKE IT SLOWLY! And do not try to force the gauge in! I've heard something about vitamin E oil being good to rub on your ears when you are gauging too, but I haven't tryed it.
