How to stop eating meat
"I feel much better after a couple of years and look at other living things (including people) differently."
How I did it: Honestly woke up one day and thought it might be a good idea. Spoke to a few friends who are different types of vegetarians and learned new sources of protein. This was also the first time I really considered what I ate, so it was an opportunity to really learn about nutrition and how the body works.
