How to win my weight loss contest

How I did it: I eat REALLY bad. Or I used to anyway. No, seriously- really bad. So all I did was start eating slightly healthy, and I started running. It was the running that did it. I couldn't even do a mile when I started, but I kept running 3 or 4 times every week, and by the end of the 3 months could run 4 miles straight without stopping.
I just kept doing it, even when I didn't want to. That's the key... Just sticking with it. All that crap out there works- Every single program works. As long as you stick with it.
There are my words of wisdom. =)
Lessons & tips: just don't give up... don't slow down and don't hesitate. FORCE yourself.
