How I did it: It was never going to be easy to get into a great school with

competition everywhere and coming from a family with cousins who

studied at top schools like Cornell, NYU, Rutgers and Maryland only added to the pressure.

I set my thoughts on getting into one of the best schools right from the

beginning and never had a second thought even when people were doubtful of


my chances and some even went to the point of discouraging me. Proved everyone wrong by getting admits from: Gatech, CMU, USC, NCSU, ASU and it was totally worth it.

Its going to be GT and I am looking forward to the experience in Atlanta.

Lessons & tips:

• Work hard
• Don't concentrate on one aspect of your application, Universities look for overall profile
• Work in groups and get the help of your friends
• Believe in yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!
