i, myself also lift weights, im up from 10-reps 2-sets to 4sets, i use bowflex and free weights
How I did it: Listening to the bigger guys was very important. Always push yourself to do more weight, even if you can only do the 1-4 reps, push yourself, your body WILL adjust.
