How to meditate
How I did it: Meditating keeps the day balanced and peaceful. Should anything unexpected occur, it's much easier to handle the situation from a place of higher perspective. I highly recommend it.
Lessons & tips: I found meditating hard at first, but the easiest way for me to do it was to breath slowly in counting 1 2 3 4, then pause 1 2 3 4 breath out slowly 1 2 3 4 pause 1 2 3 4 repeat. Maybe that could help someone else.
