How I did it: i started taking yoga stretch at the school i go to.
went to different teachers and learned that they each have a different style. i started going at different times of the day.  now i try to fit yoga in whenever possible! it is addicting and a good way to clear your mind when school brings on stress.

Lessons & tips: just try it once with an open mind. if you don't get hooked the first time try out different places and instructors. there are many varieties and options when it comes to yoga. chose what is right for you
