How to get fence fixed
It made me
estatic 
"Neighbors fence has been falling down for two years. Found someone to help fix it, talked with neighbor about splitting the cost, got all to agree."
How I did it: I found the person who put up the fence the 1st time (past neighbor and previous owner of the fence) and asked if he could help fix it (he does it for a living). Talked with neighbor about doing it and splitting cost. Brought all together to review what needed to be done, decide cost and set date. Made sure we met the date.
