How to find something easy and healthy to take to work for lunch

How I did it: Assessed what I wanted out of lunch to make me happy, and balanced it with what I wanted nutritionally. Found I liked hot food, but wanted to avoid fast food and lots of fat. Now I hit the store every Monday and get the stuff for turkey sandwiches, which I then heat in the microwave. A side of carrot sticks or rice cakes, and some fruit for snacks during the day.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up. Keep trying different things until you hit a combination that works.
