How to floss Every Day
"Long haul but worth it"
How I did it: I've struggled to floss consistently for years. My dental hygienist would just laugh at me for coming back time after time and saying I flossed 2-5 times a week. I would just skip it if I was tired or traveling or just feeling lazy.
So this time, I put my floss closer to the sink than my toothbrush. I tracked every day whether or not I flossed, keeping it on my mind. It took me four months of trying before I flossed every day for a month.
