How to eat ordinary - KEEP at a regular pace

How I did it: i graduated from college, THAT was the ugly cause of the problem. and having all the free time now to go out and do more things like going to the gym 3-4 times a week, that also helped a lot! plus whats so funny is that going to the gym, makes me gain weight, but not fat, muscle. i still look the same physically but my body is getting more shaped up and in tone :)
