"After months of struggling with space, I bought an external hard drive and cleared it all up!"
How I did it: I tried backing up on DVDs and the like but there were just too many. Bought an External Hard Drive and shoved them all on the 929GBs of space it gave me. Took a couple of days to put all the files on from all the old DVDs, my laptop and desktop and another few nights to put them in decent folders, relabel them to be chronological...still ongoing but barely an effort to find anything these days.
Lessons & tips: Invest in an External Hard Drive
Start all Photo Albums with "2009-11-29 Birthday" or whatever date they were taken, puts them all in a nice order.
Consider getting an Ext HD with insurance, just in case, that's my next upgrade.

Look around for a better price, got mine for £69 and some pennies.
